Noah appears in weather.wtf videos as a digital, AI-generated character rendered using HeyGen. Any resemblance to any real person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintentional. We label our content as AI-generated in video descriptions and captions, and with platform AI labels where available.

2. How Our Content is Made

Our pipeline combines monitoring public X posts from verified local weather stations via the official API, AI-assisted script drafting, automated PG-13 moderation (with a person reviewing flagged items before they are published; normal renders publish without human review), HeyGen video rendering, and clear plain-text attribution (@handles).
