First half of your billing month: full refund

If you cancel during the first half of your current billing month, we refund that month's payment in full. The refund is automatic. You don't need to ask for it.

After the halfway point: no refund for that month

If you cancel after the halfway point of your current billing month, that month's payment is not refunded.

When your plan ends

Your plan ends at the end of the current billing period. After it ends, you won't be charged again.
