1. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) must be sent to our designated agent:

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your written infringement notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., the exact URL(s) and, for videos, time stamps);
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification

If your submitted material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a compliant counter-notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), it must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material; and
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which MVP MGMT Expert, LLC may be found, including the Southern District of Florida), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i)(1)(A), we terminate accounts and submission privileges of repeat infringers (defined as receiving two or more valid, un-rebutted DMCA notices within a 12-month period).

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
