Hey, it's Noah. From county emergencies to coastal storms, weather is driving the day's coverage. KSL 5 TV in Salt Lake City reports that on Friday, Governor Spencer Cox declared a 30-day state of emergency in San Juan and Washington counties. The declaration followed flash flooding that caused damage in the area. Along the coast, WAVY TV 10 in Norfolk reports that a line of showers and storms is moving over Hampton Roads. Meteorologist Jeremy Wheeler broke down today's forecast in his latest blog. In a separate weather note, CBS 17 in Raleigh-Durham reports live weather coverage with a special edition of On the Radar. That edition runs from 1 to 2 p.m. on CBS 17 Plus. This is Noah. Credits and photos are tagged below.
