Hey, it's Noah. A new records request raises concerns about emergency preparedness in the wake of tragedy, while red flag warnings and rain chances are also in focus this morning. FOX2now in Saint Louis reports a records request revealed the St. Louis Emergency Management Agency, also called CEMA, did not have any records documenting tornado siren test results for five years leading up to the deadly May 16 storm. KALB News Channel 5 in Alexandria reports a red flag warning has been issued for the following areas, so people should avoid burning and stay aware of wildfires that can start quickly. KNOP News 2 in North Platte reports showers and possibly a thunderstorm will move in tonight through Thursday morning with an 80 percent chance of precipitation, and rain will continue into Thursday morning with showers likely mainly before 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
