Weather.WTF — Credits & Sources

Operator: MVP MGMT Expert, LLC

Our credits practice

"We are giving credits where we get our source from. That is what we are doing. We are not stacking people's handles on posts to get them to see it; we are actually creating a show based on their news source. They are the sources, and we are giving them credit for it. That is legally how you are supposed to do news."

— Mike Penrod, Weather.WTF, September 30, 2026

How it works

Every Weather.WTF show is hosted by an AI avatar presenter reading weather news.
Each news page has a "Here are our news sources" section that credits the stations we used by their @handle.

Opting out

Stations and members can opt out of being credited, or ask us to remove content, through our takedown page. Verified opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent: the account goes on our blacklist and is never credited or re-added.
