So basicly you kept taking land away for your tea farms, until you upset the environment so much, help causing the climate change, then you make dams to gather water, so you upset the environment AGAIN, to solve the problem YOU caused. Well done. What about re-forestation instead of deforestation? What about leave the majority of the land as it was? Reduce your farm size and do something sustainable not try to grow and grow and make more and more profit. The more tea you want to produce the more damage you will make to the environment, what about reducing your farms and for start lets 'reforest' 50% of it… so the wildlife comes back, and makes your soil better? We know monocultures destroy soil, so maybe between your teaplant "lines" put some other plants, some weeds, bushes, trees?
