With a weather forecast of a front clearing by dawn and the promise of blue skies until the next front arrived in midday, I opted for sunrise form Haytor on Dartmoor. Not quite as spectacular as I would have liked but still worth it. The view looks down onto Bovey Tracey with Dawlish & Torbay in the distance.
