Shortoff Mountain, Linville Gorge, NC
This was my first time at the southern end of the gorge. Thanks to my friend Keith Clontz for inviting me along and showing me the hot spots. Shortoff is certainly a "target rich" environment with lots of cliffs, gnarly trees and all the characteristic features that make Linville Gorge so photogenic.
