Raytheon is one of the companies that write the 10-15 day weather scripts which get sent to these stations, so they know what to put on screen and what to say to the camera. And HAARP etc. geoengineer the weather systems in harmony with the Weather Makers design.
Accurate forecasts? Is she serious? Forecasts have not become more accurate, just more generalized. They update their "forecasts" to match the actual weather that occurs. Meteorology is not a science at all. Bill Bluting? who is this? just another low iq meteorologist.
