“On the Perch” was a wonderful bird park not far from my home. My young grandchildren (and their parents) were visiting from the UK, and it was nice to be able to show them some accessible Australian wildlife in a child-friendly setting.
Unfortunately, after the stress of a disastrous bush-fire season, the park closed to the public in February 2020.
