Shot taken at Glacier National Park in Montana. I really enjoyed the spectacular scenery at that park, and the opportunities for photographing the night sky. There are many grizzly bears in the park, so I stuck to well-travelled trails and made sure that at night I had company (not sure that would had mattered much if I ran into an aggressive grizzly!). Some nights I was out until 2 a.m. photographing star trails. I hope to get back there someday, but there are so many more national parks that I have not yet seen.
