This scene shows a small island in front of the peninsula Lustica / Montenegro.
During WW 2 this island has been used as deportation camp for prisoners during the war.
The dark historical background cannot be recognized nowadays fortunately.
Those rays of hope are dedicated to all tortured souls all around the globe.
