You never get t right in northeast
Live in Rochester NY 1° feels like -4 out
Idk y the people in Charleston sc r talking bout this freezing rain it’s rare to get that lol
southwest maine here,,,were way below avg on snowfall,,,wheres the blizzards and bomb cyclones??? what crap
My area in Central North Carolina about 30 minutes north/east of Fayetteville is always on the edge of everything. We are doomed to winter mix usually at best. We got the ice in the last storm…but this time we seem to be smack dab in the middle of the snow on everything you showed us in this video. This makes me SO happy!! Can't wait for today's outlook. Thanks for sharing! 🌬🌨❄
All of a sudden the models have calmed down and this morning it looks pretty uneventful across much of the USA except for a full bore Nor'easter slamming into Maine and other parts of New England. Looking at Himiwari 8 IR seems like a lull in the Pacific and then some February bowling balls that will make it past Hawaii into the W Coast USA and thence maybe some more snowy winter Mid February for the E USA. CPC indicating dry and cold moving to EC and wetter into February. Any thoughts for your next video???
A lot michigan frezzen cold now jack
Where is Michigan's snow Lansing to be direct
I’m in Williamsburg Virginia so I’m right on the edge of the bullseye region, so if the storm were to shift north a little I would probably see about 8-10 inches
Just saying 'bomb cyclone' or 'bombing out' is fun…but in the past it seems like some of the models underestimate very rapid intensifying of offshore low pressure.
I believe 10” is the maximum amount of snow for coastal Virginia and North Carolina and wouldn’t be surprised to see a few isolated spots exceed a foot
I live in Nebraska, we’ve had an up and down winter with very mild weather, with occasional arctic blasts, and very minimal snow. Are there any future model trends that paint impactful snow in our area?
I'm crying for Snow in NNJ again…
Happy for you – Happy snow hunting!
Can I use this radar too?
I think in February the pattern would some like the pattern in December. I think like the midwest should see more snow in February.
Ohio needs more snow lol
Praying it stays this way because the Triangle will finally be getting good snow!
@Direct Weather come on Norfolk. It's our time to shine
Chesapeake VA looks like a hit lets go
Not seeing any snowstorms in the mid Atlantic or eastern seaboard for the next week or so. Pattern is too progressive with bottom of the eastern trough too spread out. Any disturbances will just slide out to sea with no chance of rapid development. The pattern looks to flip by the second week of February. Southeast ridge is coming back with a vengeance.
I’m going with a total of 4 inches max for my area of PA
Thursday: 6 inches
Saturday: 23 inches
I am happy for you as the last snowstorm I got 5 inches so I'm happy
What about CT??
May I ask where you live? I’m from Richmond and I’m so excited for this blizzard
I would say the region to watch is Wilmington. Freezing rain/ice is by far the worst precipitation type. It isn't even close.
I finally got outside today after Sunday's dump and still had to dig my car out for 45 minutes here in Roanoke.
It just can't snow in Detroit. It rigged. Government behind it. Weather Modification, chemtrails and geoengineering
Very cool to Get snow in Hampton Roads. I was a manager of a Dairy Queen in the Hilltop neighborhood of VB in 2002, and I remember getting a lot of snow at one point and we still opened. I recall the drive from Ghent in Norfolk to VB was a little dicey.
Ocean City Md due for a barn burner I will say 10 to 12" or more
4-6” in Massachusetts.
Not direct enough
Last time we had snow in Cumberland County NC was in 2018. We always get the warm nose. Want to see snow! NOT ice!
Wow 5 seconds for the west. Not impressed…
I want snow in eastern PA we haven't gotten like any so far this year. Happy for you though glad someone gets to enjoy the snow at least
I believe the maximum snow will be around 15 to 30 inches
what happened to the storm this weekend?
11 AM. Minot, ND -11° wind chill -40°.
Cold here!!
