A selfie on the walk to the boat station, courtesy another photo crazy lady! I thought I was the crazy guy who was photographing anything and everything I set my eyes on. Well, I have news for you- our group had an elderly Vietnamese lady settled in Vancouver, Canada, who was even worse than me. Only difference- I was using a Nikon D7200 and she was using a Canon Eos 7D. I have been traveling solo for a while now, so my pointing my camera at everything might have dissipated somewhat. But this lady was how I was about eight years ago. She was positively delighted when I offered to take a picture of her against a tree laden with jackfruit. She insisted on returning the favour, and so this is the result. This is me following my group into the jungle to the point where we board our paddle boat on one of the offshoot canals from the mighty Mekong River in Southern VIetnam. Thanks to our guide Guide Truong Guide Trường Tôn, short name Tony, for a lively and thoroughly enjoyable tour.(Mekong Delta, Vietnam, Nov. 2016)
