more impressions of snow-covered Snaefellsjokull volcano at the end of West Iceland’s Snaefellsnes peninsula. This is viewed from a completely different point as the previous I posted with that little church at the bottom. I like this side of the volcano because of the incredible rock outcroppings, making this wintry scene appear like one of those infamous "Baked Alaska" meringue desserts 😉
